I’ve been on almost every training course you can think of…

	My life is amazing. I am married to the most wonderful man, we have an incredible baby boy who I swear is an angel (no, really!) and believe that my life is proof that you get out what you put in. I got a call from my dad last night- my mom, who is in the advanced stages of Huntington's disease, isn't doing so well and is probably going to be taken into full time nursing care. What has Broadband Consciousness done for me? It’s opened my eyes to the life I should have been living for years. The civil war in my head has stopped for the most part (except when I’m in my script), so to have peace in the place between my ears is a massive relief.

I have far more energy now because I’m not fighting myself emotionally over decisions that need to be made. I know that if I feel stressed or bad about something, I can choose to change that emotion, because it’s only my script that’s causing it.

I have purpose and certainty in many areas of my life where before there was doubt and anxiety and there is so, so much more.

I was concerned about work and money. There were 10 phone calls from the director of the addiction centre asking me to contact her.

I’ve began taking therapy groups there twice daily, then the rape crisis centre has asked me to work an extra day. I was flabbergasted; I had gotten out of my own way.

The stories that we tell ourselves and those that others tell themselves become increasingly obvious which allows us not to fall into a dumb automatic interaction dance with ,but gives us the freedom to choose to go beyond our script, and get real which brings better results...

At the same time there is an increasing centeredness and calmness which grows over time allowing us to be centred while going through life.

It is not 100% foolproof because I do fall over but that just gives contrast to where I would rather be - centred - and so I choose again.
